1. Services :We provide residential and commercial cleaning services within the Shoalhaven region. Services will be carried out as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional tasks outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Bookings & Cancellations: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.
3. Pricing & Payment : All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable). Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list payment methods, e.g. cash, bank transfer, card payments]. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
4. Access to Property: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Safety & Liability use safe and effective cleaning products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please notify us before your booking. We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Valuables should be safely stored before cleaning.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue. We do not provide refunds, but we will return to re-clean areas if necessary.
